APD Automotive Parts Distributors celebrates a long-awaited journey

APD Automotive Parts Distributors was pleased to announce the conclusion of its long-awaited “Trip of Thrones” promotion which took the Alberta-based distributor’s customers to fascinating and historic locations in Eastern Europe.

This incentive business trip was originally scheduled to take place in September 2020, but was postponed twice due to pandemic restrictions.

APD used Azorcan Global to navigate all the travel and tour details for this trip, which included sightseeing in Hungary and Croatia.

Sites visited included the magnificent Hungarian Parliament building on the banks of the Danube, Heroes’ Square also in Budapest, as well as the Roman amphitheater in Pula Arena and other attractions in Croatia.

“It was a difficult trip to organize, with several changes required due to world events,” said Zara Wishloff, President of APD, “but in the end, we organized one of our best experiences yet.

“The timing was perfect, as all restrictions were lifted during our trip. No masks were required during our travels, including air travel, and the arrival requirement was waived prior to our return to Canada. “

This trip, APD hosted some 30 participants on the trip.

APD deliberately keeps the number of participants to a manageable number on its European incentive trips, which results in a small enough group for participants to build professional and personal relationships.

APD thanks the sponsors who helped ASP customers in Western Canada win their trips.

These sponsors were: Uni-Select, Flo-Pro Performance Exhaust, ACDelco, Lucas Oil Products, Wakefield-Castrol, Baldwin Filters. Brands KYB Americas, Bullydog, Veedol and DRiV Moog, Fel-Pro, Walker and Monroe.
